The Villa
The villa was built in 2021 and features six (6) bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and direct pool access. We have the only full-size swimming pool with heating and a foam machine.
The villa has 2 kitchens (one inside and one outside), BBQ, full size bar, disco with DJ booth, artificial beach, two Jacuzzi’s (one private), game room with poker and billiard tables, a movie theater with reclinable massage chairs and blazing fast wifi throughout the entire property. The villa also comes with a full time staff of two to assist you at any time including free laundry service.
The villa has full-time armed security and is surrounded by a security wall for your privacy and protection.
Use of the Villa
- Includes 6 private bedrooms. Use one or all, they belong to you during the stay

Cleaning / Turn Down Service
- The villa has a full-time housekeeper on site
- Villa, pool, and jacuzzi are cleaned daily
- Turn down service is on-demand. Just request a room clean anytime you want, as often as you want
The space
All the bedrooms are identical, with direct pool access, AC’s, king size beds, side tables, office desks, couches and private bathrooms. The outdoor area is fully furnished including 25 waterproof bean bags that float in the pool placed all over the property. The living room converts to a disco at night and the pool has a foam machine for unique parties. All areas outside the bedrooms are equipped with speaker systems so you can play you own music (or ask us for the option to rent a DJ). We have an indoor game room, movie theater and lounge/disco areas for if it should rain (which is rare).
Other things to note
The owner lives nearby and the villa has a full time staff, we’re here to cater to all your needs. The villa has options for food (uber eats is not available but you can use PedidosYa, a similar app) and alcohol packages as well as to hire a cook, DJ or the party bus. Let us know what options you may be interested in.
Transportation
If you choose the option to rent the party bus, we’ll pick you up from the airport. If not we’ll have your concierge coordinate transportation with you. We have free gated parking on site and Uber is active and relatively inexpensive.
